We first commenced our association with Bennett Real Estate on 20/08/84 when we purchased an acreage bush block in Kurrajong. At that time your agency felt it would be a good investment, which was our primary goal, no pressure was applied by the agent just a friendly exchange between the agent my wife and myself over a cup of coffee and a biscuit.
In February 2002 we subdivided the block and we used Bennett Real Estate to sell one of the subdivisions, we dealt with your father, Ken Bennett. A quick sale was achieved for an amount which pleased and frankly surprised us and again the agency acted as professionals but in a friendly confident atmosphere.
Finally, we recently decided to sell the remaining acreage. Again we asked that your agency assist and again there was no change in the professional, friendly attitude of Bennett Real Estate in successfully selling the block.
