What also makes me proud is our involvement in the local community. Last Saturday we had the pleasure of attending “Cougar Park”, the home of Colo Soccer, to present our annual sponsorship cheque and meet some players from the Western Sydney Wanderers who were there doing promotion work. Our association with Colo goes back to its inception in the early 1970’s and it is wonderful to see how it has grown to the well-run powerhouse outfit it is today. I especially enjoy watching all the little soccerstars of tomorrow running around with the Bennett name on their playing shirts.
We also area proud sponsors of the Hawkesbury Jets basketball teams, and regularly support local schools, churches and a number of local charities. In the next couple of months, we will be major sponsors at St Monica’s School Fete and the Kurrajong Public School Fete.This year, the Bennett family celebrate our 72ndyear in business, over 4 generations.
